Payment methods & terms of payment

For international deliveries we offer the following payment options for advance payment:

PayPal

With PayPal, you can pay easily, quickly and securely at IBENA. Use your existing PayPal account and pay comfortably your invoice amount with us. We usually receive payment confirmation from PayPal immediately and can process your order immediately.
By the way, you can pay via Paypal - also without paypal account - by direct debit (debit card)

Credit card
Your credit card is also a fast payment instrument at IBENA. Just a few minutes after your payment in the order process, we will receive the confirmation of the credit card company that you have paid and can ship your order.

Advance payment by bank transfer
It could not be simpler: You transfer the invoice amount in advance to the account of IBENA Interior GmbH:

How long your transfer takes depends, among other things, on your bank. Bank terms of 3 working days are in our experience to be expected. If you want to have the goods quickly, you might want to choose a different method of payment. For security, we reserve the goods for the period of one week for you. After your payment has been received, your order will be processed immediately.
