Method of shipment
All products from IBENA Online-Shop will be shipped by parcel service.

A delivery to a packstation ist generally NOT possible.

Delivery time

Your order will be processed right after the reception of your payment. The delivery times consist of dispatch time (the time necessary to retrieve the goods from the warehouse, pick and pack your order and prepare it for shipment) and the transport time, which may vary according to the country of destination we have to ship to.

The dispatch time is indicated on every article page. The transport time according to the country of destination is indicated below.

Delivery area
We currently deliver to mainland Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland.

Due to the high transport cost, we do not deliver to islands.

Should the situation occur, that the goods you ordered do not arrive in good condition, please feel invited to refuse acceptance towards the delivering parcel service for your convenience. We will then send the goods again free of charge to you and take care of handling anything else with the transport organization.
